Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING - 

We ship international.  If you do not see shipping for your country, please email us at ipurlshop@gmail.com.  We will see if we can add your country.

We offer FREE shipping for purchases $50 and over.  This FREE SHIPPING OFFER is available within the United Sates and Canada ONLY and ships US Postal Service First Class!  FIRST CLASS AND FREE SHIPPING DO NOT INCLUDE A TRACKING #

We ship Monday - Friday.  iPurl is closed Saturday and Sunday. 

The shipping options available to you are in a drop down box that shows real time shipping rates for the carrier you choose.  ( UPS, FedEX and US Postal Service)   Shipping cost is based on the weight of items in your order shipped to your zip code.  You may select the shipping carrier of your choice.  You will find our shipping rates VERY reasonable.

ONLY orders shipped First Class Package, Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx provide a tracking number and are guaranteed for delivery.  Orders shipped via First Class US Postal Service do not provide a tracking number.  

Most items are shipped in an indestructible plastic envelope which adds very little weight to your order. 

When we are filling your order, if an item is out of stock, we will email you to see if you would like to select another item/color before shipping.  

 

RETURNS -

ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE  

All items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.  Yarn must have the label attached and must be unused.  Yarn must be smoke/odor free!  You are responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item(s) are defective.

 If you feel an item is defective and needs to be returned, please email iPurl tell us - please provide a telephone # where we may reach you.  If upon receipt, the item is defective, return shipping fees will be included in the return.

ALL YARNS WOUND AT CUSTOMER REQUEST CANNOT BE RETURNED.
